What does "checked and graded" mean?+
Every device is inspected and tested before it goes on the shelf, then given an honest condition grade. The product page states the grade and what to expect, so what you see is what you get. There is a fuller breakdown of each grade on our grading page.
What condition grades do you use?+
New (open box), Excellent, Good, Fair, and For Parts. Each step down means more visible wear; the grade and condition report are shown on every listing.
Is there a warranty?+
Yes. Every device comes with a 6-month warranty. On top of that you are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and our 14-day returns. If something goes wrong within the warranty, we will replace or refund it.
Can I return it?+
14-day no-quibble returns on every order. If you change your mind, send it back within 14 days for a refund. Faulty items are covered for longer under your statutory rights. See our returns policy for the detail.
Are the phones unlocked and not blacklisted?+
We check the IMEI and blacklist status of phones we sell. Where it applies, the listing shows the IMEI status. If you have any doubt before buying, ask us and we will confirm.
Are Apple devices ready for my own Apple ID?+
Yes. Every Apple device we sell has been signed out of its previous owner and has iCloud Activation Lock removed, so it arrives ready for you to sign in with your own Apple ID and set it up as your own.
How do I get my order?+
Free Click & Collect from our Leicester counter, local delivery around Leicester, or tracked UK courier. You pick the option at checkout. Collection details and opening hours are on our visit page.
How do you take payment?+
Secure card payment at checkout. Your card details go straight to our payment provider and never touch our servers. We never see or store your card number.
Do you buy or take trade-ins?+
