Your right to cancel: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Tell us from your account page (Orders, then Request return) or by contacting us.

Returning the item: send it back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price within 14 days of getting the item back, or of proof you have sent it.

Faulty goods: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 your statutory rights apply to second-hand goods. If a device develops a fault we did not disclose, we will replace or refund it.

How to start: go to your account, open the order, and choose Request return. We will reply with next steps.
